Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through strategic research and outreach.
2. Cold Calling: Initiate meaningful conversations with decision-makers to introduce our products/services and uncover potential business opportunities.
3. Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with leads to nurture relationships, address inquiries, and guide them through the sales funnel.
4. Lead Qualification: Assess the viability of leads through effective questioning and information gathering.
5. Pipeline Nurturing: Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
6. Research and Strategy: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to refine prospecting strategies.
7. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
1. Previous SDR Experience: Proven experience in a Sales Development Representative role or similar position.
2. Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport.
