What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
