What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).

  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
