About the Role:
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading medical clinic based in New York, USA, seeking a motivated and personable Inbound Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, qualify and vet potential clients, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and inquiries from prospective patients.
Qualify leads, assess needs, and provide accurate information about clinic services.
Record and manage lead information using CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to schedule consultations or appointments.
Maintain a professional, empathetic, and service-oriented approach in all communications.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales/qualification targets.
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in sales, customer support, or inbound calling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Comfortable working remotely in EST time zone hours.
Experience with CRM or call management systems is a plus.
