About the Role:
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading medical clinic based in New York, USA, seeking a motivated and personable Inbound Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, qualify and vet potential clients, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries from prospective patients.

  • Qualify leads, assess needs, and provide accurate information about clinic services.

  • Record and manage lead information using CRM tools.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to schedule consultations or appointments.

  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and service-oriented approach in all communications.

  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales/qualification targets.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer support, or inbound calling.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.

  • Comfortable working remotely in EST time zone hours.

  • Experience with CRM or call management systems is a plus.
