We are seeking a high-energy Acquisitions Sales Development Representative (SDR) to work exclusively on behalf of a highly reputable US-based Commercial Real Estate Investment Firm.
In this critical role, you will be the front-line qualifier, responsible for cold-calling property owners (specifically targeting assets like Industrial, Mobile Home Parks, etc.) and setting qualified appointments for our client's Partners. The primary objective is to drive deal flow by connecting motivated sellers with the client's acquisition team.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively call property owners using targeted lists to determine their current interest and motivation in selling their commercial real estate assets.
Appointment Setting: Successfully secure and schedule high-quality, pre-qualified appointments and meetings between interested property owners and the client's Partners/Acquisition Team.
Pipeline Management: Accurately log and maintain detailed records of all outbound calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system to ensure a clear and robust sales pipeline for the client.
Market Insight: Develop a strong understanding of the specific property types (Industrial, Mobile Parks) to engage owners in knowledgeable conversations about their assets.
Performance: Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for call volume, lead qualification, and booked appointments.
Collaboration: Provide direct feedback to the client's Partners on lead quality and market responsiveness to refine outreach strategies.
Experience: Proven track record (1+ years) in a sales, telemarketing, cold-calling, or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role, ideally in commercial real estate, finance, or B2B sales.
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills, a professional phone presence, and the ability to handle complex objections effectively.
Goal-Oriented: Highly self-motivated, driven to achieve targets, and comfortable in a quota-based environment.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking activities and managing the pipeline.
