Social-First, Commercial-Grade Video Editing
Overview
We are seeking a senior-level Offline Video Editor with strong experience creating high-performing social media videos while maintaining commercial and brand-level quality. This role focuses on editing short-form and mid-form content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid digital campaigns, with an emphasis on storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
This is not entry-level social editing. We are looking for editors who understand platform behavior, attention dynamics, and visual impact, and who can deliver polished, intentional edits that feel premium, not templated.
What we’re looking for:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience with video editing
* Advanced experience with Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
* Proven experience editing social-first video content for brands, campaigns, or products
* Strong storytelling instincts, pacing, and hook-driven editing
* Deep understanding of platform-specific formats, ratios, and viewing behavior
* Ability to balance speed, clarity, and brand consistency
* Experience working with high-quality footage and strong creative direction
* Comfortable receiving feedback from creative directors and clients
* Highly organized workflow and strong media management
* Ability to handle fast turnarounds without compromising quality
Bonus:
* Motion graphics or light After Effects integration
* Sound design sensibility for social platforms
* Experience with performance-driven or paid social content
* Experience working with international teams and remote workflows
Requirement:
Portfolio must demonstrate industry-level social video work for real brands or campaigns.
Basic reels, trends-only edits, or purely casual content will not be considered.
