2. Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and grow the sales pipeline, ensuring a healthy mix of prospects at various stages.
3. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiation processes and successfully close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
4. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to position Pickspace effectively.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills Required:
1. Proven B2B SaaS Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in selling B2B SaaS solutions, preferably in property management or related industry for a minimum of 3 years.
2. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
3. Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
4. Relationship Building: Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to establish rapport with C-level executives and decision-makers.
5. Result-oriented: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive B2B sales environment.
6. Tech-savvy: Comfortable using and demonstrating software solutions; familiarity with property management software is a plus.
